PB Safety Joint

Application

PB safety joint provides easy release from stuck tool or tube during remediation operations.

Design

The safety joint is a short tube made of alloy steel and consists of two parts - sub and body, connected by durable trapezoidal thread with retaining ring in between, that prevents thread connection from overtorque.
The connection is sealed off by two sealing rings.
The safety joint has a watercourse for mud circulation.
It is available in right- and left-hand configurations.
